Our fee structure is very different from that of a conventional attorney or consulting firm that bases fees on an hourly basis.  Labor Law Employer Defense Corporation calculates fees on a case-by-case basis charging a flat fee, with no hidden fees.  Labor Law Employer Defense Corporation does not charge for faxes, telephone calls, research, reviewing or writing correspondence, or waiting to be called into a hearing. Simply stated, our flat fee structure provides for a close association with our clients and no worries with hourly billing.
